Strategi Situasional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingkungan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kita. Dengan menata ulang atau memilih lingkungan yang mendukung, kita dapat meminimalkan godaan dan mempermudah pencapaian tujuan. Misalnya, jika Anda ingin fokus bekerja dari rumah, ciptakan ruang kerja yang jauh dari televisi atau gangguan lain.
