Cemas melanda, entah apa penyebabnya. Jangan kaget, Anda tidak sendirian. Fenomena ini, yang dikenal sebagai kecemasan di pagi hari, itu nyata adanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebecca Cox, seorang asisten profesor di Washington University, bilang kecemasan memang bisa memuncak di pagi hari. Tapi bisa juga di siang atau malam, tergantung orangnya. <sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>Kata dia, salah satu alasannya bisa jadi perbedaan ritme sirkadian tiap individu. Semacam jam internal tubuh kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian Cox menemukan, mereka yang yang biasa bangun lebih awal \u2013 itu cemasnya paling banyak di pagi hari. <sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>Makin sore, makin hilang. Sebaliknya, yang tidurnya larut \u2013 justru lebih banyak cemasnya di malam hari. Jadi, kapan kita paling cemas, ternyata ada kaitannya dengan jam tidur alami kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalu, kalau kecemasan pagi ini menyerang, apa yang harus kita perbuat ? Ada beberapa jurus jitu yang bisa dicoba:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sadarilah, Anda sedang dalam lingkaran cemas.<\/strong> <sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>Setelah itu, coba pikirkan, apa sih yang bikin cemas? <sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>Tumpukan pekerjaan? Ketidakpastian hari ini ? Mengenali pemicunya, itu penting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tanyakan pada diri: Apa untungnya saya khawatir begini?<\/strong>&nbsp; Pertanyaan ini, meski terkesan aneh, sebenarnya sangat membantu. Ini membuat kita sadar, bahwa khawatir berlebihan itu tidak ada untungnya, tidak ada manfaatnya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dekati kecemasan dengan rasa ingin tahu.<\/strong>&nbsp; Jangan panik. Coba renungkan, bagaimana perasaan itu membuat Anda merasakan sesuatu. Judson Brewer, penulis buku &#8220;Unwinding Anxiety,&#8221; bilang kekuatan rasa ingin tahu itu bisa memutus kebiasaan cemas pagi.&nbsp; Mendekati kecemasan dengan rasa ingin tahu, itu bisa jadi mengubah mood kita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Memang, kata para peneliti, salah satu cara paling ampuh untuk mengurangi kecemasan pagi adalah dengan tidur yang cukup di malam sebelumnya. Cox bahkan menegaskan, &#8220;Tidur itu obat.&#8221; Dari semua hal yang berhubungan dengan kecemasan pagi, tidur adalah faktor yang paling bisa kita kendalikan. Jadi, jika Anda sering terbangun dengan kecemasan, ingatlah, itu hal biasa. Dengan memahami ritme tubuh kita, mengenali pola kecemasan, mendekatinya dengan rasa ingin tahu, dan yang terpenting, tidur yang cukup.
