Seringkali, kita mengira duduk santai atau bermain ponsel saat jeda sudah cukup, padahal sains menunjukkan bahwa istirahat yang efektif punya aturan mainnya sendiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istirahat bukanlah sekadar jeda dari kesibukan, melainkan alat performa yang krusial untuk mengisi ulang energi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Berdasarkan sains, ada empat aturan utama untuk memastikan istirahat Anda benar-benar memulihkan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Bergerak \u2013 Jangan Hanya Duduk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat merasa lelah, respons alami kita seringkali adalah duduk. Namun, tubuh dan pikiran kita butuh gerakan. Berdiri, meregangkan badan, atau berjalan-jalan sebentar dapat meningkatkan aliran darah, mengurangi ketegangan, dan menyegarkan pikiran lebih baik daripada hanya duduk diam. Terhubung dengan orang lain, bahkan obrolan singkat dengan rekan kerja atau teman, dapat mengurangi stres dan memberikan perspektif baru.
