Buat kalian yang belum tau, jangan lupa cek artikel sebelumnya ya! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kali ini, terkait dengan <em>Self-Care<\/em>, kita mau membahas mengenai <em>journaling<\/em>, sebuah metode terapeutik yang bisa dikatakan paling gampang buat diterapkan. Pernah punya buku diari? Nah, menuliskan cerita melalui diari termasuk ke dalam salah satu bentuk <em>journaling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apakah kalian pernah merasa sulit untuk mengekspresikan perasaan kalian? Mau cerita tapi takut di-<em>judge <\/em>oleh orang lain? Nah, <em>journaling<\/em> bisa menjadi langkah pertama untuk mengungkapkan isi hati loh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Journaling<\/em> adalah bentuk terapi yang murah, rendah efek samping, namun dapat membantu dalam memanajemen simptom kesehatan mental (Sohal et al., 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Journaling prompts<\/em> dapat dengan mudah ditemui di internet. Berbagai pertanyaan sederhana seperti \u201cDeskripsikan dirimu dalam 10 kata\u201d, \u201cBagaimana liburan yang ideal bagimu\u201d dan \u201cApa bentuk <em>self-care<\/em> favoritmu\u201d, dapat menjadi <em>warm-up <\/em>untuk memulai menuliskan jurnal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bentuk lain dari <em>journaling<\/em> yang bisa dilakukan adalah <em>expressive writing<\/em>. Metode ini tidak seperti diari yang berisi kumpulan cerita keseharian ataupun jurnal dengan <em>prompt<\/em> tertentu. <em>Expressive writing <\/em>memungkinkan kita untuk menuliskan apa yang kita rasakan atau pikirkan saat itu. Ya, jadinya seperti menulis bebas. Kalau lagi ingin mengungkapkan sesuatu, tinggal tuliskan, kalau tidak ada, ya gak apa-apa, karena seberapa sering kamu mengungkapkannya melalui tulisan itu terserah diri sendiri (Stokes, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Journaling <\/em>juga tidak perlu dilakukan secara tertulis (dalam artian menuliskan di kertas dengan pena) loh! Sudah banyak aplikasi <em>journaling <\/em>yang bisa kamu temukan untuk <em>gadget<\/em>-mu. Ada yang berbentuk seperti diari, ada yang seperti aplikasi <em>chatting<\/em>, ada yang dilengkapi dengan beberapa fitur tambahan seperti <em>mood tracker<\/em>, <em>daily question prompts<\/em>, hingga meditasi dan latihan pernafasan. Sehingga, ketika kamu perlu mengekspresikan perasaan secara tertulis, kamu bisa lakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, kalau lagi ingin mengungkapkan sesuatu tapi tidak tau harus ke mana, <em>journaling<\/em> bisa banget untuk dicoba!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Disclaimer<\/em><\/strong>: Tentu saja, <em>journaling<\/em> hanya untuk menjadi langkah awal ya. Beberapa strategi yang disarankan adalah bercerita dengan seseorang yang kamu percaya, tidak takut meminta bantuan profesional (psikolog atau psikiater) ketika dibutuhkan, dan yang paling dasar, menyadari bahwa ada opsi-opsi lain yang dapat membantu pada situasi yang dihadapi (Keech &amp; Coberly-Holt, 2021).
