Terkait dua hal tersebut, kita juga sudah memberikan contoh metode yang dapat kamu terapkan secara mandiri, yaitu <em>Journaling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, kali ini, kita mau kasih tau lagi nih metode lain yang bisa kamu gunakan juga secara mandiri pada situasi tertentu. Jika <em>journaling<\/em> membutuhkan media untuk \u2018mengekspresikan\u2019 perasaan, maka <em>Mindfulness<\/em> dilakukan tanpa media dan bertujuan menenangkan pikiran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apa itu <em>mindfulness<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Mindfulness<\/em><\/strong> dapat diartikan sebagai kondisi di mana individu secara sengaja dan sadar, memfokuskan diri pada apa yang terjadi saat ini, termasuk pikiran, perasaan dan sensasi dari panca indera. Kondisi <em>mindful<\/em> sebenarnya dapat terjadi begitu saja. Misalnya, ketika menfokuskan diri untuk melempar bola basket ke dalam ring atau jogging di taman di pagi hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekarang, <em>mindfulness <\/em>telah menjadi sebuah latihan \/ aktivitas praktikal, di mana kita secara sengaja menfokuskan diri pada saat ini. Mungkin salah satu contoh latihan <em>mindfulness<\/em> yang familiar bagi teman-teman adalah meditasi, latihan pernafasan dan mindful yoga, yang mana semua latihan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara mandiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manfaatnya?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latihan <em>mindfulness<\/em> memiliki banyak manfaat, terutama terkait pengendalian emosi dan stressor, misalnya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meningkatkan fokus pada situasi yang dihadapi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meningkatkan mood dan mengurangi kecemasan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meningkatkan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi pada situasi penuh tekanan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mengurangi perenungan atau <em>overthinking<\/em> (berulang kali memikirkan masalah atau pemikiran tertentu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, kalo kamu lagi panik, situasi sedang <em>overwhelming<\/em> sampai kamu tidak fokus dengan apa yang sedang dilakukan, atau bahkan sekedar merasa penat dan \u2018capek\u2019, bisa banget untuk mulai mempraktikkan <em>mindfulness<\/em> ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagaimana caranya?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telah banyak aplikasi yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental menyediakan fitur meditasi dan latihan <em>mindfulness<\/em> lainnya.
